Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means from the day you receive your item you have 14 days to decide if you would like to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unsoiled, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We’ll send you a pre-paid Royal Mail return shipping label, and you just need to take this along with your securely packaged item to any Post Office. Please note you do not need to print the returns label, as it can be scanned from your phone at the counter.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exchanges
As we produce in limited runs and our stock levels can change quickly, the best way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and request a return for the item you do not wish to keep. Alternatively just use the Contact Us form and we'll be happy to help exchange your product. Exchanges are only possible for products that are unworn, undamaged, and with original tags attached.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, your item cost will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
